Where the method came from.
Jordan Murphy, founder of Brain Apes, led 200+ people as Head of Employee Training and Development at a sales and telecom company. The Growth Transfer is the founder extraction practice he built from that work.
At a separate company, one that went from $10M to $65M, he ran growth and expansion projects alongside the COO and the co-owner, across branding, packaging, marketing, operations, hiring, and equipment sourcing.
A 6x founder, he has worked with hundreds of companies and founders through Brain Apes client work, and more than 40 of those clients won awards during the work together. He has built 8 award-winning brands.
He sees the same pattern in founder-led service businesses: a founder with real skill builds the company to the point where their own capacity is the ceiling, and working harder doesn't move it.

How an engagement works

- Founders of $1M to $5M B2B service businesses: consultancies, agencies, advisory practices, and other founder-led service companies. You're successful and exhausted. You don't want a cheerleader.
- What happens
- 16 weeks of structured work. We diagnose the dependency, extract the judgment, build the systems, and verify the transfer. The standard we work to is 30 consecutive days without a founder decision. How far one pass gets you depends on where you start, and the loop runs again from wherever it ends.
